Industrial Roof Repair and Coating Installation

This 60,000 S.F. plus roof area required EPDM repairs, installation of new breather vents, and a spray application of a white reflective coating.

Repairs and coating work were completed during the Summer, so a close eye on daily weather forecasts and storms were critical for proper planning of this project.

Spray application days allowed for up to 10,000 S.F. of application per day. Adequate inspection, repairs, and surface preparation were required throughout this project because coating adhesion relies on all of these factors.

Work was closely communicated with the ownership team to minimize any impact on heavy equipment operations below. Overall this repair and coating project provided the owner an extension on the roof system's life expectancy while helping aide in more efficient roof reflectivity attributes.
